Radrodro’s Trial Vacated, Defence Files Objection On Amended Charges

The defence counsel has objected to amended data filed in the case against SODELPA Member of Parliament, Salote Radrodro.

Radrodro’s lawyer Siminone Valenitabua filed a see objecting to the amendment created in his client’s rates by FICAC.

He said the observe was filed underneath Area 279 of the Legal Process Act.

Mr Valenitabua before also filed a Constitutional Redress and a Remain of Continuing pending the perseverance of the Constitutional Redress application.

Nonetheless, Justice Kumarage stated the file was with the Main Justice and he was nonetheless to give an allocation of which Judge would listen to the issue.

Radrodro appeared in advance of Decide Justice Thushara Kumarage at the Anti-Corruption Higher Courtroom in Suva on Monday.
